Ash & Nathan – Launceston Wedding Photographer

Back in March I photographed a lovely young couple, Nathan and Ashleigh about to embark on their new life together. I’ve known Ashleigh for many years and was honoured when she asked if I could photograph her wedding.

The day began with rain, but was quite light and we managed to get most of the photos done outside.  Later in the day we got the brollies out.  We went to the Cataract Gorge which was where Nathan had proposed to Ashleigh and then on to the Inveresk Museum (I love that place)

The gentlemen running the tram very kindly let us jump aboard for some photos so we didn’t get too wet.

Caitlin & Lyndford – Wedding Launceston and Grindelwald, Tasmania

Twelve months ago, I photographed a lovely couple during the month of May, a beautiful autumn backdrop for the bride Caitlin’s big day.  Lyndford is whisking Caitlin away to the mainland, which is sad for me as Caitlin and I have teamed up on a few weddings, her being a talented make up artist.  Caitlin had Olivia Jones do her own make-up and Caitlin did her bridesmaids and her Mum.  Caitlin were married in their family church in Launceston and we took photographs at Grindelwald Swiss Village and around the reception venue The Edelweiss located at The Tamar Valley Resort. It was a pleasure to be a part of your big day, and Happy Anniversary!

Launceston Wedding Photographer – Craig & Eileen, City Park Wedding

My last wedding for the season was a wet one.  From the moment I arrived at my friend Eileen’s house, it rained, but the rain didn’t dampen the mood.

The wedding ceremony was located in the City Park in Launceston, with the reception following at the Evandale Memorial Hall.  Eileen beautifully themed and decorated her wedding, and everything looked fantastic.   Luckily the City Park has the rotunda which we all fit in for the ceremony, we then moved on to Evandale for some photos of the bridal party and bride and groom.

It was a lovely day, thank you for asking me to be a part of your day!
