Encore Clothing is located on Hobart Road in Youngtown. Encore clothing is a Self Help workplace, they are unique in the fact they wash and iron all the donations prior to putting them on the shelf. Encore always have a high quality of clothing out for sale and when I went this week everything was on sale for $3! I found a few bargains.
